These terms and conditions govern your use of the 3DGo website (https://3dgo.co.nz) and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Pricing

All prices on our website are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 15%. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices applicable to your order are those displayed at the time of purchase.

2. Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping

We currently ship to New Zealand addresses only. Standard delivery takes 2-4 business days via NZ Post / CourierPost. Orders over $100 NZD qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $100 NZD incur a flat $6.99 shipping fee. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Returns and Refunds

Our returns and refunds policy is available at https://3dgo.co.nz/returns. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected by these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of 3DGo or its content suppliers and is protected by New Zealand and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, 3DGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information on this website is complete, current, or error-free. Colours displayed on screen may vary from the actual product.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
