Your Statutory Rights
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, your statutory rights cannot be excluded or limited. Products purchased from 3DGo must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. These rights apply regardless of any other terms on this page.
Faulty or Misdescribed Products
If a product you receive is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy. Depending on the nature and severity of the fault, this may include:
- Repair — we will repair the product if reasonably possible
- Replacement — we will send you a replacement product
- Refund — we will issue a full refund to your original payment method
For faulty products, we will cover all return shipping costs. Please do not return faulty items without contacting us first — we may be able to resolve the issue without a return.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is:
- Unused and in its original, sealed packaging
- In resaleable condition
- Not a custom or made-to-order product
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will issue a refund once we receive and inspect the returned product.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us
Email returns@3dgo.co.nz with your order number and the reason for your return.
Receive Instructions
We'll respond within one business day with return instructions and, for faulty products, a prepaid return label.
Ship the Product
Pack the product securely and ship it to the address provided. Please keep your tracking number.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll process your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at returns@3dgo.co.nz.
